Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days from the date of purchase on our website (“Return Period”). If 7 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require you email us a reason for return along with a receipt or proof of purchase and any evidence supporting your reasons (e.g. photographs).

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting, and receiving the consent of, Bahaar Limited.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect the artwork and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return and refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a checkout code with the value of your refunded artwork will be emailed to you with a validity of one year.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund credit note yet, first ensure it has been at least 48 hours since you received confirmation the item has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Next check your junk email. Then log in to your account on www.artbahaar.com and see if the code is visible on your profile.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@artbahaar.com.

 

Sale and Special items and Exchanges

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale or special items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged before your receipt thereof or if you have sought the return within the Return Period and the artwork does not match your expectations.  Send us an email at info@artbahaar.com with your purchase details and we will do our best to help you!

 

Gifts

If the artwork was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned artwork is received, it will be inspected for any damages before sending you an approval. Once approved, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the artwork wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us to receive a designated shipping address.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning artworks. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged artwork to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request in our sole discretion in the event the artwork has been damaged in your possession or in the possession of the person giving/shipping the item as a gift or in the course of shipping back to Bahaar Limited as part of this policy.
